OCM-G Project ::
The purpose of the OCM-G is to provide on-line information about a running parallel / distributed application to application-development-support tools, specifically performance analysis tools, like the GPM tool. Using the information from the OCM-G, tools are enabled to obtain performance measurements of the monitored application, related to, for example, delay and volume of communication, CPU usage, etc.
It’s key features are:More detailed features can be found on features site.
The system was originaly developed in the framework of the EU IST project CrossGrid by the Computer Systems Group of the Institute of Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology and Lehrstuhl für Rechnertechnik und Rechnerorganisation of the Fakultät für Informatik at the Technische Universität München.
Nowadays it is being developed by Balticgrid Project
The OCM-G originates from the OCM – OMIS Compliant Monitoring system developed at LRR-TUM.
